New Albany Country Club is currently accepting resumes for a host to work evenings and weekends.

As a Host at New Albany Country Club, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring the smooth flow of the dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat  members and guests in a courteous manner


• Manage reservations and prioritize seating


• Retain knowledge of reservations and reservation systems


• Answers the phone politely and professionally


• Comply with all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies


• Perform all side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation, miscellaneous preparation, stocking, etc.


• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus


• Professional Dress Attire is required
