Host / Hostess at Dock 17

We are looking for Hosts to work with us. Dock 17 is an upscale casual restaurant and bar with a great atmosphere. We treat our employees like family. Expectations:

• Provide excellent customer service to our guests by greeting them as soon as they arrive at the restaurant..


• Become a menu expert - Answer questions, provide suggestions, etc.


• Assist the servers with bussing the tables.


• Take reservations and be able to manage walk in guests

Preferred Skill Sets:

• Minimum age 18 years or older


• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment


• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with other staff


• Ability to perform high-quality work while unsupervised


• High school diploma or equivalent
  


• At least one year of serving experience in a full-service restaurant is required
  

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Physical setting: Casual dining restaurant
