What You’ll Do

  Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome

  Manage wait lists and seating flow

  
  


• 
  

  Provide accurate wait times and answer basic menu questions

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate seating with servers and managers

  
  


• 
  

  Process to-go orders and handle basic transactions

  
  


• 
  

  Keep the host stand clean, stocked, and organized

  
  


• 
  

  Support servers and runners when needed

  
  


• 
  

  Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally

  
  

What We’re Looking For

  Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

  Clear communication and teamwork mindset

  Comfortable in a busy, high-energy setting

  Restaurant experience helpful but not required

  Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
