Job Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests and accommodate any special needs
• Answer phone calls courteously and professionally
• Calculate wait times and manage guest expectations
• Thank guests upon leaving and invite them to return
• Perform additional tasks like rolling silverware and cleaning
• Communicate any guest complaints to the Manager
