Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Host/Busser to join our team at our Richardson location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing waitlists, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables promptly.


• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.


• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining areas by bussing tables quickly and effectively.


• Assist servers and kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.


• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns politely.


• Reset tables promptly for the next guests.


• Ensure the host stand and entrance area are organized and welcoming.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Host or Busser preferred but not required.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Team player with a positive attitude.


• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.


• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
