Host/Cashier, Food Services, Full-Time

Position Highlights:

• Position: Host/Cashier


• Location: Community Hospital

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and guidelines.


• Serve meals to patients at their bedside, ensuring that dietary restrictions and preferences are followed.


• Set up and maintain the dining area, including replenishing food stations and ensuring proper presentation.


• Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and process payments accurately.


• Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of any shortages or discrepancies.

Requirements:

• One (1) year of customer service experience in a food services or retail environment preferred.


• Current ServSafe certification or Food handler’s Card (or must be obtained within 90 days of hire)

Compensation:

• The anticipated compensation range for this position is $16.50–$18.98 per hour, commensurate with qualifications, education, experience, and other applicable factors. This position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.


• Additional compensation may be available in the form of discretionary incentive or other compensation programs. Any such additional compensation is not guaranteed and is determined at the sole discretion of the organization based on applicable program terms, individual and/or organizational performance, and other eligibility requirements.

• Relocation: Must relocate to Grand Junction, CO 81505 before starting work.
