POSITION SUMMARY:

The Host/ess position exists to make each guest fee! welcome and to greet them with a warm and friendly acknowledgment. The Host/ess is responsible for seating all guests quickly and efficiently.

DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare host/ess station and surrounding area.

2. Manage the wait efficiently.

3. Aid in seating the guest efficiently and quickly.

4. Thank the guest for visiting and invite them to return upon their departure.

5. Inform management of all guest feedback.

6. Show guests to bathrooms or other requests.

7. Deliver children's menus; and crayons when appropriate.

8. Complete take-out / pick-up orders accurately.

9. Assist all Team Members as needed.

10. Project a warm and friendly voice over the telephone.

11. Answer the telephone within three rings and ensure you have a copy of the directions to Firetender

12. Provide guests with any additional information as required.

13. Clean criminal, drug & credit history

EDUCATION

High School diploma.

Compensation & Benefits:

· Full and Part Time

· $15 -18/ Per Hour

· Health Insurance, Paid Vacations and Paid Sick Leave Availability (Average of 30 Hours per week for 6 months that must continue)
