Position Overview:

Giana Restaurant is seeking a poised and welcoming Hostess to be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests. As a Hostess, you will set the tone for our guests' visit by creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, managing reservations, and ensuring that every guest feels truly valued. This position offers the opportunity to be a part of the launch of a new upscale American restaurant, where hospitality is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Reception: Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.

- Reservation Management: Effectively manage reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring optimal table utilization.

- Guest Relations: Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, addressing their inquiries and special requests.

- Cooperation: Collaborate closely with the waitstaff and management to coordinate seating and ensure a seamless dining experience.

- Seating: Escort guests to their tables and present menus, making guests feel comfortable and informed.

- Waitlist Management: Maintain an organized waitlist, accurately estimating wait times, and notifying guests when their tables are ready.

- Ambiance: Help maintain the restaurant's ambiance by keeping the reception area clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.

- Communication: Relay important information to the kitchen and service staff to facilitate efficient service.

- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

- Upkeep: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as confirming reservations and managing the coat check.

Requirements
