Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables in a timely manner.


• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.


• Maintain an organized waitlist and keep guests informed of wait times.


• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries regarding the restaurant hours, menu, and services.


• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.


• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the host station and entrance area.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.


• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.


• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.


• Must be punctual, reliable, and present a professional appearance.
