Job description:

This is an opportunity for energetic and fast paced individuals with great multitasking and great customer service skills. Here at Chick-fil-A Pines and Flamingo, our Dining Room Host/Hostess role is an opportunity to connect with our valuable guests and make sure their experience with us is one to remember. Our main goal is making connections and creating remarkable experiences for all our guests, as well as always providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a clean environment. We want to make our guests feel welcome by delivering our Core4 essentials: create eye contact, share a smile, speak with a friendly tone, always say “My Pleasure” and serve from the heart.

Requirements:

Characteristics we are looking for include:

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Self-Motivated and dynamic personality

· Ability to multitask

· Fast paced and sense of urgency

· Ability to work under pressure

· Capable to work long shifts on their feet and lift at least 50 pounds
