About us: Trattoria Lisina is a casual fine dining Italian restaurant and wedding venue located in the heart of Texas hill country, Driftwood, Tx. Our establishment sits on 20 acres of vineyards and offers breathtaking views all around. A sincere love of family, friends, food, and wine are the hallmarks of the Trattoria.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• General Knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverages.


• Answering phones with polite and proper phone manners.


• Welcoming guests with a warm smile.


• Opening doors for guests when arriving or departing.


• Understand and manage "Open Table" app used to view seating charts, reservations, guest requests/notes, and to assign tables to servers.


• Preparing the host stand and the tables.


• Properly closing down the host stand and related areas.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.


• Pays close attention to detail.


• Maintains professional but friendly demeanor.


• Works well with a team.


• Communicates clearly and effectively.


• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.


• Experience with open table or Aloha software is a plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
