Job Description:
The Host/Hostess Cashier’s primary role is to facilitate the prompt and accurate seating and service of all guests, accept payment for food and beverages, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Interact positively and effectively with co-workers and guests.


• Control restaurant occupancy flow.


• Assign tables; seat guests, distribute menus, and cater to large groups.


• Provides prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.


• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to the guest.


• Make recommendations and answer all related inquiries.


• Process accurate cash, credit card, and coupon transactions.


• Assist in answering phones and answering callers' inquiries.


• All other duties as assigned.
