Position Summary:

The Hot Tub Cover & Panel Installer is responsible for the delivery, installation, and replacement of hot tub covers and panels at customer locations. This role involves careful handling of products, attention to detail, problem-solving on site, and providing outstanding customer service during each installation visit.

Primary Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

· Deliver and install replacement hot tub covers and panels at residential locations.

· Remove and dispose of old covers/panels as required.

· Inspect installation areas and hot tubs for any issues prior to work.

· Measure and adjust new panels or covers to ensure proper fit and secure installation.

· Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site to explain work performed and answer basic product-related questions.

· Maintain accurate records of installations, materials used, and any service issues encountered.

· Assist with warehouse duties such as loading/unloading trucks as needed.

· Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures to ensure safe handling of products and equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Prior experience in general labor, construction, or installation preferred.

· Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

· Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects (up to 100 lbs) regularly.

· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.

· Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Work Environment:

· Frequent local travel to customer homes.

· Physical work including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

· Occasional assistance in warehouse or delivery tasks when needed.
