Hot Tub Sales Specialist - Budget Pools

About Us:

We're a thriving swimming pool and spa company in Peabody, specializing in swimming pools and hot tubs. We have a strong and growing hot tub sales department, and we're excited to expand our team by adding more dedicated Hot Tub Salespeople.

The Role:

As our Hot Tub Sales Specialist, you'll be a key player in our team, helping customers find their perfect spa from our extensive range. With an average sale of $14,500, your potential to earn is significant. Our current sales specialist averages 50-60 spa sales annually, and we're looking for someone who can match or exceed this performance.

We provide warm leads from our various marketing activities and from our vendors, plus plenty of walk-in shoppers. We will provide extensive product knowledge training onsite and offsite. You must be willing and able to travel to 1 to 2 overnight offsite sales trainings per year.

For this particular role we are looking for someone to work the showroom on Saturdays and Sundays as well as 2 to 3 days during the week, it is a 40 hour position.
