Hot Tub Technician

Description

VTrips, a leading name in the vacation rental industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hot Tub Technician. The Hot Tub Technician is responsible for the scheduling and maintenance of rental properties' hot tubs to ensure guest and owner satisfaction while ensuring proper care and safety of each hot tub.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain hot tubs at multiple off-site client locations.
• Test water and balance chemicals.
• Perform regular drain and cleans.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of service for all accounts.
• Clean and/or replace filters as needed.
• Ensure all functioning parts of the hot tubs are maintained.
• Identify and report all issues surrounding the tub, including repair needs.
• Communicate consistently with the Manager.
• Assist with other required duties as assigned by the Manager.
• Weekly Responsibilities:
• Audit inventory and stock items in vehicle.
• Update all assigned work orders to correspond with the expected completion date.
• Submit invoices/receipts via Paylocity to stay current for monthly expense reports.
