Role Summary
We are looking for a highly organized Hotel & Resort Coordination Specialist to assist with managing accommodation arrangements and coordinating client requests. This role plays a key part in ensuring all lodging details are aligned, confirmed, and delivered with accuracy.
This is a remote position suited for individuals who are detail-driven, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple coordination tasks in a virtual environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate hotel and resort accommodations based on client preferences
- Manage reservation details including dates, room types, and special requests
- Ensure all booking information is accurate and properly documented
- Communicate confirmations, updates, and any changes in a timely manner
- Track multiple reservations and maintain organized records
- Support overall coordination to ensure a smooth and efficient process
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable navigating online systems and digital tools
