At HCW Hospitality, we know that a great start to the day can make all the difference. As a Complimentary Breakfast Attendant, you’ll ensure our guests enjoy a warm and welcoming breakfast experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to service will leave a lasting impression on our guests.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Complimentary Breakfast Attendant, you’ll help our guests start the day right. In this role, you will:

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and inviting.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items, following health and safety guidelines.
• Greet guests with a friendly smile and assist with any special requests or needs.
• Monitor food quality and replenish items as needed to ensure a consistent offering.
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, and food stations throughout the breakfast service.
• As needed, assist Sales team with preparing light banquet meals for our meeting room.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re looking for a friendly and service-minded individual who enjoys creating a welcoming environment. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• A valid food handlers card.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• An outgoing, positive attitude and a passion for making guests feel welcome.
