How do I make an impact on my team?
Join our kitchen team as a Hotel Cook, where you'll play a key role in crafting delicious meals by preparing fresh ingredients and supporting chefs and other cooks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring according to recipes and chef instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety and sanitation standards
- Label and store food items properly to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Assist with basic cooking tasks and restock supplies to support the kitchen team during service.
What does success look like in this role?
- One or more years of kitchen experience
- Consistently ensures the highest standards of service in attaining guest satisfaction and profitability
- Creative, organized, innovative and even tempered personality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
