From performing routine maintenance and repairs to troubleshooting equipment and supporting preventative maintenance efforts, you will help keep our guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas running efficiently.

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Physical ability to lift, climb ladders, bend, stand, and perform maintenance activities for extended periods
• Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays as business demands require
• Previous maintenance, engineering, construction, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
