Resort Food and Beverage Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• 3+ years managing in a high-volume, upscale casual dining atmosphere
• Experience with scheduling, purchasing, and inventory
• Proven experience as a leader and manager of people
• Union experience a big plus
• Bilingual Spanish / English preferred
• Assist in other outlets and with banquets as needed
