What you'll be doing:

• Assisting guest with check-in and check-out
• Respond to guest issues and complaints in a friendly timely manner
• Managing a checklist consisting of billing, requests, VIPs, and room balancing tasks
• Assisting with limited coffee shop services
• Ability to Stand for entire shift
• Managing in-person, online, and phone reservations/inquiries

Requirements

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Full-Time AM Shift Available from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Full-Time Mid Shift Available from 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Full-Time PM Shift Available from 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Flexible Schedule and weekend/holiday availability required.

• Customer Service (1 Year)
• Hotel Experience (Preferred)
• Pep knowledge a plus, but not required
