Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Auditor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Auditor. As a Hotel Front Desk Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all financial transactions that occur at the front desk of our hotel. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Audit and reconcile all financial transactions that occur at the front desk

- Ensure that all charges are accurately posted to guest accounts

- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or errors in financial transactions

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including answering questions and resolving complaints

- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or accounting role preferred

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
