Job Description - Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hotel Supervisor to join our team. The Hotel Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities. Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel. - Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked. - Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any complaints or issues promptly and professionally. - Train new staff members and provide ongoing training for existing staff. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve hotel operations and guest experience. - Coordinate with other departments within the hotel to ensure smooth operations. - Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. 

Requirements

 Qualifications: 

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hotel industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Strong leadership and management skills. - Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage. - Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
