The NEW Dual brand Home2 Suites and Tru by Hilton Hotel is now hiring a Hotel Guest Service Representative! This property is currently under construction and will be opening late August 2025.

Located near the Coconino National Forest and Lowell Observatory, the 105,000 sq ft Home2 Suites & Tru property features a total of 204 guestrooms, an indoor pool, two outdoor patios, a gaming zone, and a bar in the shared lobby.

How do I make an impact on my team?
Our friendly Hotel Front Desk Supervisor establishes a positive work environment, provides attentive and courteous service, all while creating a memorable and personalized experience for our guests and team members. 

  • Supervise a dedicated front desk team

  • Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner

  • Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively and responding promptly to guests’ needs

  • Enforce policies and procedures established by the company and the property brand

  • Use the computer system on a daily basis to make reservations, check-in and checkout guests

  • Perform office tasks such as answering the phones, scanning, copying, typing and printing

  • Ensure safety and security of the property, staff and guests
