WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair hotel equipment, guest rooms, and public areas with efficiency and care.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems in good working order.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to schedule to reduce downtime and costly repairs. 
• Monitor building systems and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Coordinate with contractors and outside vendors when needed.
• Prioritize guest requests and complete work orders quickly and professionally.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with the front desk and leadership team on status updates.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Previous maintenance or engineering experience, ideally in a hotel setting.
• Strong working knowledge of general repairs, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and preventative maintenance.
• Problem-solving mindset with a high attention to detail.
• A calm, can-do attitude—even when something unexpected breaks.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, climb, and work on your feet for extended periods.
