Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall functionality and safety of our hotel property, ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.

Conduct inspections of equipment and systems to identify and address issues.

Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning equipment and fixtures.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.

Maintain a clean and organized maintenance workshop and storage areas.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related concerns.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.

Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
