Hotel Maintenance Technician

Join our Team: Hotel Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance technician to join our dedicated team at Schoenbrunn Inn-New Philadelphia, OH. As the maintenance technician you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our property while following all management company and brand standards.

Responsibilities:

- Perform maintenance tasks, plumbing repairs, HVAC system maintenance, and general building repairs

- Conduct inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any issues or potential problems

- Complete Pool & Spa daily maintenance to ensure smooth operation for our guests

- Respond quickly to any maintenance slips requests from guests and staff

- Upkeep grounds as needed, including picking up trash, pulling weeds, clean up around dumpster area, and any other tasks given by the manager

- Maintain inventory and supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols and brand standards

- Carpet cleaning as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or general maintenance

- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with hotel guests, staff, and management
