Hotel Night Audit

We are currently seeking a Hotel Night Auditor. Working at the front desk means you are at the hub of the hotel with the most interaction with our guests. Your role is key to the overall experience the guest will have. During the overnight shift, you are essentially working without supervision, so your responsibility is seen as even greater as you assist in closing out the business for the day as well as checking in or out those guests during non-traditional hours.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Answers and responds to guests' calls and individual needs
• Assists in late check-ins and early departures 
• Security checks and walk troughs
• Processes and delivers the guest folios 
• Completes the night audit and  send emails to management
• Responds to fire alarms and takes appropriate steps
