Hotel Night Audit Lightspeed - Task Force

Must know Lightspeed PMS System. $23 Per Hour. Travel Task Force. We pay travel hotel and per diem or meals.

Westin, Aloft, Sheraton, Four Points Experience Experience with Lightspeed.

Hotel Front Desk Duties:

• Works Night Audit and some day shifts

• Works at the front desk of a hotel during the Day or Swing Shifts

• Checking Guests In and Out

• Balancing the accounts from day shift or Swing

• Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference

• Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly

• Answering calls and queries related to potential booking

• 2 Years Using Lightspeed

• Night Audit Experience

• Ability to Travel
