The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and attractive guest rooms while providing friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all guests. This position plays an important role in ensuring guest satisfaction by meeting hotel cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.

Load housekeeping carts with all necessary supplies
Strip beds in checked-out rooms and deliver all dirty linens to the laundry before cleaning begins
Obtain the Executive Housekeeper’s signature on work assignment sheets
Vacuum, sweep, dust, and clean guest rooms according to hotel standards
Inspect rooms for safety hazards and proper operation of equipment
Check for damaged or stained linens and report as needed
Report lost and found items and maintenance issues to a supervisor
Prepare rooms for guest arrivals and respond to special guest requests
Accurately record room status on work assignment sheets
Perform other duties as assigned
Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and hotel standards
Good time management skills
Ability to provide friendly and professional guest service
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts
Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays
