Hotel Utility - Overnight

Description

The Hotel Utility Curator (Overnight), plays a vital role in supporting Security, Engineering, and Valet Operations to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and smoothly functioning hotel during overnight hours. This position involves conducting security patrols, responding to maintenance issues, assisting with valet services, and addressing guest needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling various operational tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Support: Monitor hotel premises, conduct property walks, assist with emergency procedures, and report any safety concerns.
• Engineering Assistance: Perform minor maintenance tasks, troubleshoot basic engineering issues, and report major repairs.
• Valet & Guest Services: Park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, monitor loading zones, and support front desk operations.
• General Overnight Operations: Maintain cleanliness, handle vendor deliveries, and respond to guest requests.

Qualifications:

• Experience in security, maintenance, valet, or hotel operations preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (for valet duties).
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform active tasks.
