- Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals
- Showing up daily on time with the mindset to execute every job duty and function with absolute Enthusiasm - 40 hour work week
- Providing superior service to members at all times by creating a positive and motivating environment
- Coaching and training sales staff while achieving personal sales goals to lead by example along with assisting in interviewing, hiring and firing of staff
- Meeting with and reporting on sales trends and prospecting efforts to owner daily
- Managing staff schedule, process payroll, manage the studio relating to all maintenance
- Utilizing social media and all other marketing and advertising media to engage members and the community and to help grow the member base and brand awareness daily
- Using online platforms and software for customer relations management processes, POS systems for membership sale, billing and collections as well as for email and texting campaigns.
- Completing all required trainings both online and in person as required by owners, to ensure you have all the tools needed to be successful
