• Schedule: Consistent weekday schedule with flexibility built into the system (No nights or weekends)


• Pay: $15–$17 per hour with consistent pay increases based on performance

• Cleaning residential and office spaces using our structured cleaning system


• Following clear, step-by-step processes to deliver consistent, high-quality results


• Working independently or with a small, consistent team


• Maintaining organization, care, and professionalism in every home you service


• Communicating clearly with the office regarding any updates or concerns
