Join Our Team as a House Manager at The Arc Western Montana!The Arc Western Montana is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our group home. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. As a dynamic leader, you will guide and support the team. You’ll also ensure the well-being of clients by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe living environment.
Now offering a $6,000 sign on bonus to the successful candidate!

Position: House Manager

Location: Group Home at The Arc Western Montana

Competitive Pay:

· Base Pay: $22.00 per hour

· Sign-On Bonus: $6,000

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide direct care to clients, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and personal hygiene

· Schedule and take clients to doctor's appointments.

· Ensure the house is stocked with adequate client supplies, including medical, clothing, and hygiene items.

· Co-lead monthly house meetings.

· Manage spend-downs and complete petty cash reports as needed and monthly.

· Arrange transportation for day services, work, outings, and other activities.

· Train new staff on client care protocols and procedures.

· Manage and maintain household inventory including groceries and cleaning supplies.

Work Schedule:

· Typically Monday - Friday

· Some weekend and evening availability required

· Full-time, Non-Exempt

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

· Compassionate & Respectful: Passion for helping others.

· Reliable: Dependability is crucial.

· Minimum Age: 18 years or older.

· Driver License: Have held a valid driver license for at least three years with a relatively clean record for the last three years.

· Education: Minimum of a high school degree or high school equivalency degree.

· Experience: At least two years' experience working with developmentally disabled persons.

· Background Check: Must pass all required checks.

· Communication Skills: Effective in English, including electronic communication.

· Drug Testing: Required as per Montana State Law.
