**Job Description: Residential House Manager**

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Group Home facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, exceptional coping skills, and a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. This position will require the candidate to be on-call and physically present at the Group Home for designated days each week.
The House Manager is responsible for escorting clients to medical appointments, monitoring employee documents, purchasing groceries based on schedules, and remaining on call for any urgent staffing needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and supervise the daily activities of residents in the Group Home.
- Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for residents.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Develop individualized care plans and monitor their implementation.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including families and healthcare providers.
- Handle crisis situations with professionalism and tact, using effective coping skills.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role in a residential setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to be on-call and physically present at the Group Home as needed.

**Location:**
The Residential House Manager will be required to be physically present at the Group Home for designated days each week.
