House Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a warm, detail-oriented House Manager to oversee the daily guest experience at a private residence. This role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys creating memorable mornings, and takes pride in ensuring every room is maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a fresh, high-quality breakfast for residents and guests each morning.
• Oversee room readiness — ensuring rooms are spotless, well-stocked, and inviting.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain daily cleanliness and handle turn-down service as needed.
• Keep track of guest preferences and ensure personalized touches for each stay.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage or special requests.
• Monitor household supplies related to breakfast service, rooms, and amenities; place orders as needed.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and service providers when required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, private household, or boutique hotel setting preferred.
• Strong eye for detail and a passion for guest service.
• Ability to cook simple, high-quality breakfasts and present them beautifully.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Discretion, reliability, and a warm, professional demeanor.

Schedule:
Primarily mornings through early afternoon, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend needs.
