Job Description - House Repair and Modification Technician

TruBlue of North Pittsburgh is a house repair company dedicated to providing value and peace of mind to our customers. Our mission is to help people maintain the safety and value of their homes through home repairs and regular maintenance. We are searching for a reliable Handyman/Handywoman to provide general home services to our customers in our community area. If you have 5 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for technicians with some or all of the following skills:

Bathroom Upgrades / Remodel

Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking

Flooring Repair and Installation

General Carpentry

General Home Repairs and Handyman Work

Kitchen Repair / Remodel

Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical

Painting Interior and Exterior

Working knowledge of ADA requirements and processes, (in conjunction with our ADA specialists)

The appropriate candidate for the ADA House Repair and Modification Technician will be proficient in miscellaneous around the house type repairs similar to ones listed above. Candidates do not need to be licensed tradesmen, but those candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualified candidates will need a driver's license, reliable vehicle, and standard tools. Candidate must also speak fluent English and be a legal citizen of the US. Being a good communicator with the clients is essential.

Compensation: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
