House Supervisor – Moyers Manor – Full Time – Non-exempt
The Residential House Supervisor plays a key role in supporting adults with disabilities in a home-like setting. This full-time position is mostly (Monday–Friday), but includes after-hours on-call responsibilities, weekends, and holidays. The role is highly rewarding and focuses on helping individuals gain independence and ensuring high-quality residential services.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Support individuals with daily living skills, personal care and community integration.
· Plan activities, meals, attend medical appointments and oversee medication administration.
· Maintain required documentation, including PCP’s, progress notes, audits and attendance.
· Lead, schedule, train and support residential staff.
· Conduct meetings as needed.
· Review time sheets in Paylocity.
· Keeping appropriate documentation of all household purchases; maintaining grocery accounts; and submitting requisitions for replenishment of household accounts.
· Must be organized and good at time management
Attend meetings with residents as needed.
· Make the monthly employee schedule.
· Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
· Provide services to other residential facilities as needed.
· Shop for groceries and individuals while staying on budget.
· Ensure home safety, cleanliness, emergency preparedness, and vehicle upkeep.
· Manage household purchases, petty cash, menus and provide training.
· Communicate with families and respond to after-hour issues as part of on-call duties.
Education and Experience:
§ High school diploma or GED.
§ Associate degree in human services field or 2 years of experience working with persons with disabilities.
§ Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
§ Familiarity with the principles of household management
§ Experience assessing and monitoring resident service and behavioral needs.
§ Prefer experience supervising staff in a residential environment.
§ Evidence of and a capacity to work with people with disabilities.
§ Ability to work well with a variety of people.

§ Proficient with Microsoft applications.
§ Working knowledge of individual program planning, and individual training methods.
§ Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
§ Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
