Our client is seeking an experienced Household Manager / Personal Assistant to oversee multiple residences in Southampton, New York City, and Florida. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual with strong household management experience, the ability to coordinate vendors and staff, and flexibility to travel. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple properties while supporting the client’s day-to-day personal and household needs.
Oversee daily operations of multiple residences and ensure homes are maintained and guest-ready
Manage and coordinate household staff across locations
Liaise with vendors and service providers; schedule, oversee, and follow up on service calls
Track and manage punch list items and ongoing maintenance needs
Assist with and help oversee renovation projects, including coordination and follow-through
Set up and manage household schedules (service calls, appointments, seasonal needs)
Run errands, grocery shop, and manage household inventory
Prepare homes in advance of the client’s arrival and travel between properties
Provide personal assistant support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
Flexible schedule and willingness to travel between properties as needed
Professional, discreet, and service-oriented
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Excellent, verifiable references
