ABOUT THE JOB:

· Adhere to the highest sanitation and ethical standards to ensure clean guest rooms and public areas.

· Provide quality customer service to hotel guests and strive to exceed guest expectations.

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following established guidelines.

· Organize and manage time efficiently to accomplish daily tasks.

· Communicate and collaborate with housekeeping team.

· Attend and participate in daily team meetings.

ABOUT YOU:

· Must be at least 16 years of age

· No previous housekeeping experience necessary

· Demonstrates effective communication skills

· Demonstrates attention to detail

· Possesses the ability to arrange and maintain guest rooms according to specific standards

· Ability to spend the day on your feet and bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms and/or legs.

· Abides by the highest ethical standards

· Willingness to learn and to ask for help when necessary

· Punctual and reliable

· Demonstrates ability to work on a team
