Your Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, bathrooms, and other areas of the facility.
• Safely mix and use cleaning solutions, storing them securely.
• Label and remove infectious waste bags and containers.
• Ensure punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts.

What We're Looking For:

• Attention to Detail: Ability to read and write at a level appropriate for the job.
• Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and facility staff.
• Infection Control: Knowledge of infection control techniques.
• Patience and Politeness: Ability to be patient and polite in all interactions.

Requirements:

• All employees must pass state-specific background checks before contact with patients/residents.

Requirements

Education

    High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Licenses/Certification

    None required.

Experience

    Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
