Housekeeper

Description

 Pay Range: $12.00-$17.00 per hour 

JOB SUMMARY: To maintain and keep the facilities clean.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Pick up and remove trash.

· Clean windows as needed.

· Clean bathrooms.

· Vacuum carpet.

· Sweep and mop floors as needed.

· Be available when needed in all areas of facility for quick clean-up.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform other duties and projects as required by management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

· High School diploma or GED equivalent.

· Ability to complete job tasks in a timely manner.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time. Some heavy lifting (Zero to One Hundred Pounds), bending, stretching and working with strong chemicals; Ability to communicate with associates and customers; Ability to read, count, and write so as to complete all documentation in department; Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run each department; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, visual acuity, good finger dexterity and feeling, kneeling, and stooping.

Must be able to lift 0-75 pounds if required.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Normal grocery environment.
