Job Title: Room Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, and living areas.

- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and in good condition.

- Restock room supplies, such as toiletries and beverages, as needed.

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly.

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies and hallways.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests.

Requirements

 Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy items as needed.
