Zinnia Health is seeking a Housekeeper to help provide a positive and pleasant experience for our guests and coworkers. The position requires someone with exceptional attention to detail, a dedication to completing tasks to the highest standards, and a genuine love of cleaning. Candidates must also be able to work well independently as well as in a team setting. Will be responsible for maintaining multiple properties.

Requirements

• Guest Rooms: Ensuring that all rooms are set up according to operations manager at the earliest possible time, cleaning all surfaces of grime, dust and other debris; and organizing, arranging and thoroughly cleaning all electronic equipment. Emptying all wastebaskets when full.
• Bathrooms: All bathrooms are cleaned, disinfected and replenished as necessary. Shower curtains/liners are washed biweekly. Wastebaskets are emptied when full.
• Common Areas: Ensuring that all common areas are thoroughly cleaned of grime, dust and debris; properly wiped clean; and wastebaskets are emptied when full. Inspects carpeting and cleans stains when appropriate.
• Laundry: Attends to laundry services as needed by operations staff.
• Kitchen/Dayroom: Thoroughly cleans all surfaces, drawers, and utilities (i.e. microwave, refrigerator and coffeepot) on a daily basis.
• Communication: Candidates must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English. This includes the ability to effectively communicate ideas and provide detailed information.
• Other duties as assigned.
