We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Housekeeper to contribute to the creating a best-in-class experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess an eye for detail, a passion for customer service, and a commitment to maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of our property. • Greet all guests, owners, and team members with a friendly disposition during your shifts and while on property.
• Handle assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, ensuring all rooms are clean, sanitized, and presentable.
• Regularly check and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment to clean guest rooms.
• Notify superiors of any damage, defects, or disturbances within rooms.
• Provide amenities and handle guest requests with professionalism.
• Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Adhere to hotel/resort standards, protocols, and procedures and comply with all safety and health regulations.

• Proven experience as a housekeeper or a similar role in a hotel environment is an advantage but not required. Training will be provided for suitable candidates
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in performing cleaning tasks
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and coworkers
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
• Flexible working hours, able to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Valid TN State identification card
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
