Housekeeper

 DASMEN is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at a multi-family apartment community in Columbia, SC. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain common areas including club house, hallways, stairwells, leasing office, laundry rooms, and restrooms  
• Clean vacant units to prepare them for new residents  
• Restock cleaning supplies and report low inventory or equipment issues  
• Remove trash and debris from grounds and dumpsters  
• Perform light maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., replacing light bulbs, reporting repair needs)  
• Assist with seasonal cleaning projects and special tasks as assigned  
• Ensure cleaning complies with safety and health standards

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred  
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently  
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness  
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks  
• Dependable and punctual
