Principle Purpose of Job

As a Housekeeper at Devil’s Thumb Ranch, you’ll be essential in creating an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and beauty of our award-winning resort. From guest rooms and luxury cabins to public spaces, your work will directly impact the warm and welcoming atmosphere that keeps visitors returning year after year.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms, cabins, and public areas to resort-quality standards.
• Change linens, replenish towels and amenities, and restock housekeeping supplies.
• Report maintenance needs or damages promptly through HotSOS.
• Maintain high safety and sanitation standards for both guests and staff.
• Handle lost and found items with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily assignments efficiently.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities to expand skills and versatility.

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to lift/carry up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest service.
• Must maintain a neat, professional appearance and follow uniform guidelines.

Compensation Description:

$18.00 - $20.00/hr  Competitive pay commensurate with education and experience.

Due to the nature of our 24-hour operation, there is no guaranteed work schedule. Managers will try to accommodate specific schedule requests, but they are never guaranteed if business volume prohibits.
