Housekeeper

 As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of our high-rise apartment community located in downtown Dayton. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that common areas, unit turns, hallways, offices, and other shared spaces are consistently clean and presentable. This position is vital to providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our residents and prospective tenants. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash receptacles. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in common areas and hallways.
• Clean and maintain entryways, lobbies, elevators, and other shared spaces to ensure they are tidy and welcoming.
• Restock supplies, such as paper products and cleaning supplies, in designated areas.
• Notify management of any maintenance issues, damages, or repairs needed in the common areas.
• Follow established health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment.
• Assist with cleaning needs in vacant apartments or units as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and promptly address any cleaning-related concerns or requests.
