Housekeeper

The Barnes Group is currently looking for a reliable and motivated Housekeeper to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Housekeeper is to maintain cleanliness and organization in various residential and commercial properties, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for clients and guests. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. As a Housekeeper, you will be expected to manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks in a timely manner, while adhering to established cleaning protocols and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas including restrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean appearance.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and fresh.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to lift, bend, and carry items throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
