Housekeeper

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Housekeeper at Aloft/Element Lovefield in Dallas, Texas. This is a full-time, hourly position in the hospitality/restaurant industry. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and ensuring all amenities are stocked
- Restock linens and towels as needed
- Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and public restrooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to provide consistent, high-quality service
- Report any maintenance issues or room deficiencies to management
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to any requests in a timely manner
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests
- Assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to established cleaning procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings, as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
